Three chemical engineers, who have known each other since college, have founded the STG GmbH Cottbus in early 1990 in Cottbus, Germany.

As an innovative and technology-oriented engineering company it now has a staff of more than 50 engineers and employees developing solutions for Energy savings and NOx-reduction, progressive burner and sensor technology, innovative automation and process control systems not only in Germany but in more than 30 European and overseas countries. Traditionally STG finds its customers mainly in Glass industry, but also in ceramic and metallurgic production.

Since opening of our new engineering and production facilities “Great Mill Madlow” at 17th of April 2003 – just 13 years after company foundation – STG has available extended opportunities to serve our customers: Sensor production line, burner and software development and a test area for advanced process control and training: 3000 m² production and office area for highly efficient engineering and manufacturing in an impressive historical building complex, surrounded by beautiful nature which we just help to protect by our work.
